Mario Gauci The Gauci Care Hair Beauty Story...So Far! Way back in 1985, a young Mario Gauci opened his first salon, known as 'Mr Mario Hair Salon' at Parafield Gardens in South Australia. From this beginning, a successful hairdressing business grew and was quickly followed by the introduction of beauty treatments. Twenty three years later, Gauci Care Hair Beauty has become the largest independent and privately owned salon group in South Australia. The proprietors, Mario and Jenny Gauci, decided at this stage to offer their salons as franchises to existing and past staff in the first instance and thereafter to the public, to share in a well established, proven and successful hair and beauty system. Our Philosophy and Beliefs At Gauci Care Hair Beauty, we are driven by a desire and commitment to achieve 100% client satisfaction. Our relationship with our clients is of paramount importance. We recognise that these individuals are the most important asset to our business and that in order to retain them; we must consistently deliver exceptional quality service and products. Of course, it stands to reason that in order to service our clients in accordance with the highest level of customer service; we must enlist the services of highly skilled dedicated and passionate people. To ensure we meet our commitment to exceptional customer service, GauciCare Hair Beauty work to install a passion for learning and self improvementfor all of our stylists, therapists and franchisees. We believe that it is our responsibility to help our franchisees and their staff to reach their full potential. Therefore Gauci is now developing our own "GAUCI ACADEMY" at Collinswood South Australia which will host state of the art training facilities and equipment in a modern environment. Gauci Care Hair Beauty is conjunction with TAFE SA.Tea Tree Gully Campus have been trialling a program already which includes all policies and procedures within the salon, all skills and product based training supplied by our trade partner Schwarzkopf, all management training for managers and franchisees alike. "Gauci Collinswood" will also host not only the "GAUCI ACADEMY" but will also have on the First Level a state of the art Gauci Care Hair Beauty Spa Salon, Gauci Head Office on the Second Level, Gauci Academy on the Third Level and 16 spacious Apartments and parking facilities.
