Terms and Conditions Welcome to the Gauci Rewards Club. At Gauci we value our clientele, so we introduced a Rewards program that rewards you for your loyalty. As a Gauci Rewards Club member, you will receive a Client Welcome Pack with your very own Membership Key Tag, 2 Refer a Friend Key Tags and a $20 Client Welcome Pack Gift Card. By use of this Client Welcome Pack you agree to the Gauci Rewards Club terms and conditions and any amendments. I. Membership Key Tags a. The Membership Key Tag contains a unique number allocated to a Gauci Rewards Club Member b. The Membership Key Tag is non transferrable. c. Lost or stolen Membership Key Tag should be reported to your Gauci salon before replacement Membership Key Tag will be issued. A replacement fee may apply. II. Reward Points a. For every $100 spent (excluding GST) receive 5 Reward Points. b. The available Reward Points are shown on the Gauci Transaction Receipt. c. Reward Points are non transferrable. d. Reward Points are only accumulated and redeemed from the Gauci Salon Franchise joined up with. Hair & Beauty Rewards Club are operated and managed as two separate programs and each Gauci Care Hair Beauty location is also managed separately. e. Reward Points are not redeemable for Cash, Gift Cards or Retail. f. Reward Points will expire and become void if not redeemed within a 12 month period from the date points accumulation has commenced. III. Redeeming Points a. Reward Points may only be redeemed towards services listed on the Points Redemption Menu. b. Some services on the Points Redemption Menu may not be available at certain locations. c. Points can be earned on Services and Retail but sale must consist of one Service. IV. $20 Client Welcome Pack Gift Card a. The $20 Client Welcome Pack Gift Card contains a unique number located at the back of the card which indicates whether it can used towards Hair or Beauty services. b. The $20 Client Welcome Pack Gift Card is non transferrable. c. The $20 Client Welcome Pack Gift Card is not valid with any other offer. d. To receive $20 Off the service must be valued from $79. V. Refer a Friend Key Tag a. For a Friend to receive $20 Off their service and for the Gauci Rewards Club Member to receive 15 Reward Points, the service must be valued from $79. b. The Refer a Friend Key Tag can only be used by a Firt Time Client. c. The Refer a Friend Key Tag $20 offer is redeemable towards either Hair or Beauty Service, not a combination. d. The Refer a Friend Key Tag $20 offer is not valid with any other offer.
